The position

  • We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate to join the Translational Sciences team. The candidate will conduct preclinical translational biomarker research for drug development candidates and should be familiar with research techniques commonly used in cell biology and molecular biology. The candidate is expected to be able to adjust to a flexible, dynamic, and high-paced research environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed as the candidate is expected to collaborate with multiple departments.


  • 1-3 years of experience in a cell biology/immunology/assay development role in biotech or pharma.
  • Experience with cell-based (e.g., aseptic technique, mammalian cell culture, Western blotting, nucleic acid purification, functional assays) and plate-based (e.g., cell proliferation, ELISAs) assays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with project and departmental teams.
  • Proactive team-player with high energy and strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail.


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism & other programs to create and distribute reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Effectively able to communicate plans and results in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic collaborative team environment.

Position Statement

  • We are seeking a project leader in Immuno-oncology/antibody drug discovery. The candidate should be highly motivated and creative scientist to lead and manage the drug discovery project(s) on oncology target in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He or she will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing internal and external projects, from target identification, designing and analyzing the experimental data and reporting to the teams. The candidate should effectively collaborating with the In Vitro and In Vivo teams to generating impactful data to drive the programs to meet milestone in timely manner. Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize, adapt rapidly to changes, and work collaboratively in a team is essential. The candidate should also have ability to communicate with external CROs, and CDMOs a plus, a strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Job Requirements

  • PhD in biology ,Biochemistry, molecular and cell biology, or equivalent with at least1year of relevant industry or academic experience preferred .Extensive knowledge and skill sin protein and antibody technologies, molecular and cell biology, cell signaling, experience with in vivo efficacy studies as a plus. Applicants should have knowledge and experience in areas of immune-oncology and cancer biology. Experience with protein analysis, yeast display/phage display technologies, flow cytometry, and antibody drug discovery is strongly preferred.
